GC series. It has the advantage of combining several functions in one machine such as sewage screening, pressing and dewatering of solids retained.
The sewage flows through the semi-cylindrical filtering screen made of perforated sheet metal and the trapped solids are removed by the screw, powered by a gearmotor which also cleans the filtering screen and lifts and compacts the screened material. The body of the machine is fully sealed
SCREENING AREA:
– SEMI-CYLINDRICAL SCREEN made of perforated metal.
– SHAFTLESS SCREW with cleaning brush fitted on the outside.
LIFTING AREA:
– CLOSED CYLINDER, with a special wear resistant coating, on which the screw sits and turns. There are inspection covers made of sheet metal.
PRESSING AND DEHYDRATING AREA:
– FULLY PERFORATED BODY for draining the water;
– LINER;
– INTERNAL CLEANING SYSTEM;
– OUTLET for pressed solids;
– OUTLET PIPE for separated water;
– POWERED by direct coupled geared motor;
– SPAN between 2 and 12 mm.
